2026-2027 FOUNDING DEALER PROGRAM

One rooftop. Six weeks. A measured decision.

Start with one agreed vehicle workflow at one rooftop. Establish the baseline, configure and train your team, run live inventory, then review the results together. Pilot scope and commercial terms are agreed before starting. Continuing is a separate decision after the results review.

WHY A COHORT MODEL

We stay close to the first rooftops because that is where the learning is.

Halo works directly with the store team to connect appraisal capture, stock-in, photo publishing and the final refresh. The dealer group sees what changes at one live rooftop before making a larger rollout decision.

REGIONAL STARTS

Ontario first. U.S. expansion in winter 2027.

We are keeping each cohort small so we can work directly with the store team, connect the real vehicle journey, measure the operating outcomes properly, and apply what we learn before the next regional launch.

THE SIX-WEEK PILOT

Your six-week pilot, step by step.

Start with the vehicle journey you run today and finish with a scheduled results review. Continuing is a separate decision made after the group sees the operational impact.

Each rooftop has its own agreed six-week schedule. Regional dates indicate when onboarding begins.

  1. Before the pilot

    Agree the starting point

Select the rooftop and workflow. Record the baseline, confirm system access and delivery requirements, and agree scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, success measures and the start date.

  2. Week 1

    Configure and train

Configure the agreed workflow, train participating staff, and verify the complete journey using real vehicles.

  3. Weeks 2 to 5

    Run live inventory

Use Halo in daily operations. Track results, support the team, and resolve capture, approval and delivery issues.

  4. Week 6

    Review and decide

Compare results with the baseline and decide whether to continue, adjust or expand. Agree any extension separately.

COMMERCIAL DECISION

Agree the scope. Measure the result.

Start at one rooftop and confirm its capture links, stock-in triggers and supported delivery connections. The ongoing subscription covers that location’s own appraisals and inventory at one monthly price.

The proof runs for six weeks against an agreed operating baseline. Continuing is a separate decision made after the results review.

MEASUREMENT

Measure the operating head start Halo creates.

Measure the same VIN journey before and during Halo: exterior captured, vehicle stocked, first photos published, final set refreshed and approved images delivered.

APPLY

Choose a rooftop where the vehicle journey matters.

Tell us about the group, the rooftop, monthly vehicle volume, how vehicles move from appraisal to their first listing photos today, and which systems need the resulting imagery.

One rooftop. One monthly price. Go ahead, take the photos.

Appraisals you win. Appraisals you don’t. New arrivals. Fresh captures after detail. They’re all covered.

Your subscription includes team access, capture, listing-image generation, processing, Halo QC, detail-photo flows, background updates and delivery through your agreed supported connections. Standard onboarding and support are included.

No per-car charges. No generation fees. No overages.

Already paying for photography? Start with Halo’s first listing set, then bring more of the work in-house as your team gets comfortable. Compare the flat subscription and staff time with the services you can replace.
